Sue Young is the most delightful person we could have hoped to get matched up with for this first-time home-buying experience. It was a “third time’s a charm” situation, concerning 2 contracts where the houses didn’t “pass inspection” and the third house was the big winner! At no time did she even seem exasperated when we cancelled contracts, signing and re-signing forms, all the emails, texts, phone calls with questions. Her professional experience, friendly/professional manner, patience and expertise in explaining every big and small item were simply off the chart!! And everyone she introduced us to along the way, from getting a local lender, to home-owners insurance agents, to home inspectors, were absolutely professional, friendly, helpful to our situation when my husband’s father passed away during the closing process. For all the stresses that could possibly come in buying a home, we hit quite a few, but Sue Young and everyone she put us in touch with made it smooth and took care of us better than we could have dreamed of.
